Job Summary
The Production Technician at Cardinal Glass is responsible for ensuring resource availability, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and fostering teamwork by supporting new ideas. Key duties include moving glass for shipment, following supervision directives, keeping work areas clean, reading safety and operational documents, and producing quality products. The position requires handling glass up to 50 pounds independently and working as part of a team for heavier glass. A high school diploma is essential, along with a positive attitude towards safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read a tape measure to 16ths
- Ability to stand all day
- Positive safety attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Prior production work in a manufacturing plant is preferred.
