Job Summary
Perform high-frequency ultrasound to obtain diagnostic cardiac exams per physician orders, adhering to legal and professional standards. Maintain equipment competency (PACS/DICOM), document findings, participate in staff meetings and quality initiatives, ensure patient safety and confidentiality, and contribute to a team-driven outpatient radiology/oncology services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Registered in Echocardiography Ultrasound (RCS) by CCI or ARDMS (RDCS)
- BLS certification
- 2-3 years of Cardiovascular imaging experience
- Knowledge of PACS, DICOM, and EMR systems
- Ability to transport patients and perform imaging with sterile technique
- Commitment to HIPAA and patient confidentiality
