Cardiac Telemetry Med Surg Nurse

Conduct comprehensive assessments, implement physician orders, and administer medications while notifying physicians of significant patient changes. Develop and evaluate individualized care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Reassess patient responses to interventions, adapt care to changing needs, and communicate updates via Bedside Shift Report for seamless transitions. Maintain a safe environment by addressing hazards and contributing to quality initiatives. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least one year of RN experience, and Texas RN licensure. Basic Life Support certification required within 14 days. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 available for eligible new hires.
