Cardiac Telemetry - Clinical Nurse (Saint Louis)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within standards of nursing care. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while evaluating patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This safety-sensitive position requires a constant state of alertness.
