Cardiac Telemetry - Clinical Nurse

Direct patient care in a Cardiac Telemetry unit with responsibilities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care per established standards; develop and communicate care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team; educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care; promote patient safety and regulatory compliance; utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, cultural and population-specific needs; participate in ongoing professional development and leadership activities to advance career progression within the RN Care Ladder.
