Provides direct patient care in the Cardiac Telemetry unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards; educates patients and families on illness, treatment, and home care; collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop and communicate care plans; engages in patient safety, quality, and regulatory activities; participates in the BJC RN Career Ladder and professional development; role supports top-of-license practice and career progression; safety-sensitive position requiring alertness.
Required Qualifications
- RN Licensure in Illinois
- BSN preferred
- Telemetry experience preferred
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree accepted with nursing credential
- No experience required or minimal experience acceptable
