Cardiac Telemetry - Clinical Nurse role in a hospital telemetry unit (21 patient capacity with semi-private rooms and CTS rooms). Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards; promotes patient- and family-centered care; educates patients and families on illness/injury management and post-treatment needs; collaborates with interprofessional team; develops and documents care plans with defined goals; maintains safety and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development. Minimum education includes Nursing Diploma/Associate's with RN licensure; BSN preferred with <2 years of experience; sign-on bonus available.
