Cardiac Specialty Outpatient - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Piedmont Heart Blairsville

Manage patients across the cardiology spectrum by assessing individuals, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as stress testing, and prescribing treatments. Conduct physical examinations, write progress notes, and prepare workups while obtaining psychosocial histories to develop therapeutic relationships. Order and schedule laboratory studies, explain procedures to patients and staff, and monitor patient progress by reporting updates to the supervising physician. Participate in the Women's Heart screening program, manage advanced lipid patients, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. This full-time day shift role is located in Blairsville, Georgia, with heart failure experience highly preferred.
