Job Summary
Cardiac Sonographer (PRN) performs treadmill stress testing, transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echo, stress echo and cardiac Doppler across Echocardiology Department locations. Maintains patient logs and files, updates daily charges in the computer, and manages cardiac lab documentation. Requires RDCS or equivalent registry; education at least a High School Diploma or GED with preferred Associate’s degree in Allied Health/Sonography; no call, no weekends, no holidays. Per diem, PRN scheduling at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, IL.
