Job Summary
Perform high-quality diagnostic cardiac imaging including Echocardiograms with M Mode, 2-D Doppler, Color Flow, TEE, and contrast studies in an IAC accredited lab. Educate staff, students, and patients on cardiac pathology and procedures while providing precise instructions. Maintain competence in 2-D, Doppler, and transesophageal echo techniques to function independently under broad supervision during emergency situations. Work 36 hours per week on days, 1st shift. Hold current CCI or RDCS registration, registry eligibility, and Basic Life Support certification. Join a Magnet designated organization with advanced Mayo Clinic Care Network affiliations.
Required Qualifications
- Registered (CCI), (RDCS) or registry eligible
- Experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow and transesophageal echo
- Must demonstrate the ability to function in a professional and independent manner under broad supervision and function effectively and be resourceful in emergency situations
- Hold a current certification in Basic Life Support
