Job Summary
Perform Echocardiograms using M Mode, 2-D Doppler, Color Flow, TEE, and contrast studies in the IAC accredited Echo lab. Educate staff, students, and patients on cardiac pathology while maintaining precision under broad supervision. Maintain competency in 2-D, Doppler, and color flow techniques, including transesophageal echo, and function independently during emergency situations. Hold current Basic Life Support certification and a registered or registry-eligible status. Work 36 hours per week in days on the first shift. Required Qualifications
- Registered (CCI), (RDCS) or registry eligible
- Experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow and transesophageal echo
- Must demonstrate the ability to function in a professional and independent manner under broad supervision and function effectively and be resourceful in emergency situations
- Hold a current certification in Basic Life Support
