Job Summary
Perform high-quality diagnostic cardiac imaging including Echocardiograms with M Mode, 2-D Doppler, Color Flow, TEE, and contrast studies in our IAC accredited Echo lab. Educate and provide instructions to staff, students, and patients regarding cardiac pathology and procedures with expertise and precision. Maintain competence in cardiac pathology to function independently under broad supervision while demonstrating resourcefulness in emergency situations. Work 36 hours per week on days during the first shift. Requires current RDCS or registry eligibility, experience in 2-D and Doppler modalities, and Basic Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Registered (CCI), (RDCS) or registry eligible
- Experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow and transesophageal echo
- Must demonstrate the ability to function in a professional and independent manner under broad supervision and function effectively and be resourceful in emergency situations
- Hold a current certification in Basic Life Support
