Job Summary
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging including Echocardiograms with M Mode, 2-D Doppler, Color Flow, TEE, contrast, and bubble studies in the IAC accredited Echo lab. Educate staff, students, and patients on cardiac pathology and procedures while providing instructions with expertise and precision. Maintain competency in cardiac pathology and procedures to function effectively in emergency situations. Work 36 hours per week during the day shift. Requires current CCI, RDCS, or registry eligibility, plus experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow, and transesophageal echo. Hold a current Basic Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Registered (CCI), (RDCS) or registry eligible
- Experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow and transesophageal echo
- Must demonstrate the ability to function in a professional and independent manner under broad supervision and function effectively and be resourceful in emergency situations
- Hold a current certification in Basic Life Support
