Cardiac Sonographer

Job Summary
Perform high-quality diagnostic cardiac imaging including Echocardiograms with M Mode, 2-D Doppler, Color Flow, TEE, and contrast studies in our IAC accredited Echo lab. Educate and provide instructions to staff, students, and patients while demonstrating competence in cardiac pathology and procedures. Maintain professional independence under broad supervision and resourcefulness in emergency situations. Requires current CCI or RDCS certification, experience with 2-D and Doppler modalities, and Basic Life Support certification. Schedule includes 36 hours/week on days, 1st shift. Required Qualifications
- Registered (CCI), (RDCS) or registry eligible
- Experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow and transesophageal echo
- Must demonstrate the ability to function in a professional and independent manner under broad supervision and function effectively and be resourceful in emergency situations
- Hold a current certification in Basic Life Support
