Job Summary
Perform Echocardiograms utilizing M Mode, 2-D Doppler, Color Flow, TEE, contrast, and bubble studies within our IAC accredited Echo lab. Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging to patients and families while educating staff, students, and patients on cardiac pathology and procedures. Maintain competence in 2-D, Doppler, color flow, and transesophageal echo techniques to function independently under broad supervision. Hold current Registered Cardiac Sonographer or registry-eligible certification and Basic Life Support credentials. Work a 36-hour week on the 1st shift. Required Qualifications
- Registered (CCI), (RDCS) or registry eligible
- Experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow and transesophageal echo
- Must demonstrate the ability to function in a professional and independent manner under broad supervision and function effectively and be resourceful in emergency situations
- Hold a current certification in Basic Life Support
