Cardiac Sonographer

Job Summary
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging including Echocardiograms with M Mode, 2-D Doppler, Color Flow, TEE, and contrast studies in the IAC accredited Echo lab. Educate and provide instructions to staff, students, and patients while demonstrating expertise in cardiac pathology and procedures. Function independently under broad supervision and remain resourceful in emergency situations. Requires current CCI or RDCS registration, experience in 2-D and Doppler imaging, and Basic Life Support certification. Work 36 hours per week on days, 1st shift. Required Qualifications
- Registered (CCI), (RDCS) or registry eligible
- Experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow and transesophageal echo
- Must demonstrate the ability to function in a professional and independent manner under broad supervision and function effectively and be resourceful in emergency situations
- Hold a current certification in Basic Life Support
