Job Summary
Capture, evaluate, and verify clear diagnostic images before submission, preparing and supporting patients throughout procedures while monitoring responses and managing PACS. Review patient orders and contrast details, observe patients closely using appropriate immobilization devices, and maintain, clean, and report on ultrasound equipment. Lead quality improvement projects, organize documentation, submit supply requests, and support student clinical rotations. Perform duties as assigned to ensure optimal patient care and department flow. Work four 10-hour weeks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Sonography
- State licensure (if required by state of practice)
- ARDMS (RDCS)
- CCI (RCS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to bend, twist, grip, kneel, reach, and squat
