Cardiac Sonographer / Echocardiographer - Harborview Echo Lab

Perform comprehensive diagnostic cardiac ultrasound studies including transthoracic echocardiography, dobutamine stress echocardiography, and treadmill stress echocardiography. Assist physicians during transesophageal echocardiography procedures, acquire high-quality images, and monitor patient vital signs throughout exams. Document findings in preliminary reports using EPIC and IntelliSpace Cardiovascular systems while collaborating with the care team. Participate in training students and fellows, contribute to quality initiatives and research projects, and rotate through Saturday shifts and on-call coverage. Maintain current certification through continuing education. Join a Level I Trauma and burn center team dedicated to specialized patient care in the Pacific Northwest.
