Job Summary
Conduct cardiac services as a registered nurse on flexible 2 or 4-hour shifts, with options including 8:00am-12:00pm or 9:00am-1:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays. Maintain current Iowa RN licensure in good standing and hold required AHA Heart Code BLS and ACLS certifications, with new hires completing certification within three months. Apply technical and critical thinking skills to sound nursing judgment while communicating effectively with patients and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current Registration and Licensure in the State of Iowa as an RN.
- Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS certification.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code ACLS certification.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Technical and critical thinking skills in relation to sound nursing judgment.
