Cardiac RN

Provide high-quality, patient-centered cardiac nursing care in collaboration with the care team. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition on admission and during shifts, administering prescribed medications, monitoring therapeutic responses, documenting care in the medical record, educating patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures, and advocating for patients to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes. Roles require ACLS within 6 months of start date and BLS certification, with adherence to nursing standards and models of care (Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage).
