Job Summary
Lead regional CRM education and training activities; serve as the customer and field technical resource for Cardiac Rhythm Management devices; translate complex technical messaging and provide clinical evidence interpretation; deliver tailored training to internal teams and external customers, including new-hire programs; collaborate with sales, product development, quality, education, and marketing to drive regional district performance; provide implant/clinic coverage as needed and drive adoption of Medtronic CRM products and therapies; require travel to accounts within the territory and a valid driver's license; requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in electrophysiology or CRM-related engineering/sales, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
