Job Summary
Clinical Specialist for Cardiac Rhythm Management in Pensacola, FL, providing technical, educational, operational and sales support to meet CRM objectives. Responsibilities include training physicians and staff on CRM products, on-call support including evenings/weekends, maintaining programming software, managing patient registration and hospital documentation, inventory support, customer POs, and staying up-to-date on new CRM offerings. Requires territory travel, weekend/holiday coverage, and driving within the assigned region; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to ~80% as needed. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is limited to Principal-level roles and above; other roles require unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma plus 6 years healthcare/field sales or related technical experience OR Associate’s Degree plus 4 years OR Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel frequently; ability to work weekends/holidays; ability to support CRM medical devices; familiarity with Microsoft tools and SalesForce.com; strong customer service and communication skills
