Cardiac Rehab RN

Conduct cardiac stress tests including treadmill and pharmacological procedures while monitoring EKG changes and vital signs. Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for patients in cardiac rehabilitation programs. Provide comprehensive education on cardiac health, risk reduction, and lifestyle modification. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions within the electronic health record. Work in a 25-bed critical access hospital in Park Rapids offering 24/7 emergency services and Level IV trauma care.
