Cardiac Rehab RN

Assess complex cardiac conditions, monitor patient progress, and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatient and outpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation participants. Administer nursing care, interpret cardiac rhythms and oxygen saturation, and supervise exercise training sessions while providing patient and family education on risk factors and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists and exercise physiologists to optimize healing, triage emergent care as needed, and submit updated care plans to physicians every 30 days. Ensure no two days are alike by shaping enduring positive health outcomes for every patient.
