Cardiac PET Account Manager

Job Summary

Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive Flyrcado market share growth by partnering with hospitals, imaging centers, and cardiology facilities. Conduct regular market analyses to identify referral sources, model competitive threats, and leverage influence networks to achieve sales forecasts and volume targets. Act as a trusted advisor to cardiologists by deepening understanding of their goals and workflows, then navigate the Cardiac PET marketplace to increase awareness and utilization of Flyrcado. Prioritize multiple projects, monitor performance dashboards, and execute actionable sales efforts through virtual selling, cold calling, and live meetings. Collaborate with market access, pharmacy channel, and application specialist teams to optimize payor contracts and meet delivery goals. Provide pricing strategy, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance while forecasting orders and submitting weekly progress reports. Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote GEHC products, driving total business to GE HealthCare.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Certification through the NMTCB or AART
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a healthcare facility
  • Experience including contracting and calling on physicians and office staff
  • Proven history of sales success
  • Experience developing, organizing, and implementing territory plans
  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience penetrating new accounts/markets/competition
  • Proficiency in prospecting
  • Proficiency in lead qualification
  • Proficiency in sales
  • Proficiency in negotiations
  • Experience selling/leading in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience in large account management
  • Willingness to reside in the territory
  • Willingness to execute at least 30% overnight travel based on business needs
  • Willingness to work some weekends, as is typical with trade show attendance
  • Ability to achieve objectives while operating in compliance with regulatory guidelines

Desired Qualifications

  • Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry acumen
  • Experience with product launch and P&T Committees
  • Experience selling/leading in a highly matrixed environment and large account management
  • Strong analytical, oral, presentation, and written skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Effective organizational, people, and time management skills
  • Ability to mentor non-senior CPAMs as requested by leadership
  • Ability to manage special projects within commercial
  • Analytical ability to use internal reporting to manage account plans and identify patterns and opportunities for growth
  • Ability to apply various traditional and nontraditional problem-solving techniques to solve complex issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts (i.e., MD and office staff) at all levels
  • Demonstrated awareness of their needs and responding appropriately
