Cardiac PCU - Clinical RN (Days or Nights)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for acute and intermediate conditions, including heart failure management, post-heart transplant patients, and those requiring continuous telemetry. Titrate high-risk drips and manage patients with left ventricular assist devices (LVAD) and post-cardiac device implantation. Educate patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration while collaborating with the interprofessional team to develop individualized plans of care. Maintain a constant state of alertness in this safety-sensitive position to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
