Job Summary
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients by collaborating with healthcare professionals to identify abnormalities requiring intervention. Operate and maintain cardiac monitoring equipment to ensure proper functioning and accurate data for patient assessment. Process recommendations from healthcare staff for further evaluation or treatment based on data analysis to ensure timely communication and follow-up. Complete the Cone Health Cardiac Monitoring Interpretation Test with a passing score prior to offer. This role supports collaboration within the healthcare team to ensure reliable data for patient assessment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months prior cardiac monitoring experience
- completion of a Cardiac Monitor Technician Program
- passing score on the Cone Health Cardiac Monitoring Interpretation Test
