Assess patient conditions at admission and throughout each shift, administer medications and treatments per provider orders, and monitor therapeutic responses. Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records while collaborating with physicians to implement individualized care plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care. Respond promptly to patient needs and proactively anticipate potential issues to advocate for safe, high-quality care. Work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
