Job Summary
Conduct Cardiac Surgery Service coverage including overnight call and weekend rotations at the Los Angeles Medical Center. Manage approximately 1500 pump cases annually across all aspects of adult cardiac surgery within a tertiary care facility. Maintain Board Eligible or Board Certified status in Critical Care Medicine while receiving malpractice insurance and tail coverage. Work full-time hours with a flexible schedule, earning up to $210 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overnight calls
- Must be available for full-time schedule (40-hrs/wk, Mon-Sun)
- Must be able to work in the Los Angeles area (Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center)
