Job Summary
Conduct inpatient cardiac care at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, providing overnight call and weekend coverage for the Cardiac Surgery Service. Manage approximately 1500 pump cases annually across all aspects of adult cardiac surgery within a tertiary care facility. Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Mon-Sun, while receiving board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine. Enjoy hourly pay up to $210, malpractice insurance, and tail coverage with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overnight calls
- Must be available for full-time schedule (40-hrs/wk, Mon-Sun)
- Must be able to work in the Los Angeles area (Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center)
