Job Summary
Conduct intensive care coverage for the Cardiac Surgery Service at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, including overnight call and weekend rotation. Manage approximately 1500 pump cases annually across all aspects of adult cardiac surgery in a tertiary care facility with STS 3-Star Rating and ANCC Magnet Recognition. Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week while receiving malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overnight calls
- Must be available for full-time schedule (40-hrs/wk, Mon-Sun)
- Must be able to work in the Los Angeles area (Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center)
