Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse

Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care within established nursing standards. Collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop and document individualized plans of care, educate patients and families on managing illness and post-treatment needs, and ensure high-quality, safe care. Demonstrate strong critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, maintain patient safety, and participate in professional development. RN is in a safety-sensitive position and may involve shifts with nights, weekends, and holidays; the role supports career ladder advancement and ongoing professional growth within the CICU setting.
