Job Summary

Assist physicians during EP procedures including PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, device implants, and ablations. Prepare and maintain equipment for procedures, monitor patients throughout interventions, and maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedure details. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and efficiency in the Cath/EP Lab. Requires CCAHEP-accredited program completion, two years of EP experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with RCES or CV Tech credentialing. Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of CCAHEP-accredited program
  • 2 years of EP experience with knowledge of EP and ablation devices
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Credentialed as one of the following: Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
  • Days (4 × 10-hour shifts/week)
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
