Job Summary
Perform consultations in the hospital and manage patients for pre-procedure care in the outpatient clinic. Work with experienced attending physicians and physician assistants to support learning and career development. Manage day-to-day patient care with autonomy, primarily at Washington Hospital Center with occasional rotations at Georgetown University Hospital. Complete four 10-hour shifts weekly from Monday through Friday, including weekend and holiday rotations. No nighttime or on-call duties are required. Applications from new graduates are welcome, though a cardiology background is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- Nurse Practitioners must be an ACNP
- We cannot accept FNP's for this role
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
