Job Summary
Senior-level Cardiac Electrophysiologist sought to join Apex Heart and Vascular for an independent practice with hospital affiliations, teaching in an ACGME-accredited program, and potential directorship opportunities. Lead a busy electrophysiology service performing AICD/PPM implantations, atrial fibrillation ablations, LAA closure devices, and other complex EP procedures within a full cardiovascular service line. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers, support a robust device clinic, and contribute to academic involvement and resident/fellow mentorship. Employed model with a top-quartile base salary, productivity incentives, and partnership track; prime Newark, NJ location with access to NYC options.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Valid New Jersey Medical License
