Cardiac Device Specialist

Monitor, bill, and program all cardiac devices including pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders. Chart and document device checks, complete patient reports per state and federal guidelines, and communicate with physicians and patients regarding procedures. Maintain device logs, track manufacturer notices, and relay national recalls to appropriate physicians while ensuring HIPAA compliance. This role operates day shift Monday through Friday at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL. A basic EKG interpretation certificate and remote monitoring experience are required, with IBHRE certification preferred.
