Cardiac Cath Rad Tec

Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Special Procedures/Electrophysiology lab by operating x-ray equipment, adjusting exposure techniques, and positioning patients with immobilization and protective gear. Process images with accurate labeling, verify transmission and archiving, and function as scrub, table panner, and monitor personnel. Rotate calls for emergency and add-on procedures while adhering to radiation safety, sterile techniques, and departmental policies. Requires Illinois licensure, ARRT registration, and BLS certification.
