Job Summary
Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse position in Riverhead, NY for a 13-week assignment. Responsible for floating to multiple units within the facility, providing specialized care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, and supporting a rotating schedule with weekend/holiday coverage and on-call requirements. Requires NY RN license and active certifications (ACLS/BLS). Must have 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience; 12 months of travel experience is preferred. COVID vaccination required after submission. Shift runs 6:30 AM–7:15 PM, with 12-hour shifts and 3 shifts per week; on-call availability with 30-minute response time. Certifications and licensure must not expire during the assignment. Location: Riverhead, NY; anticipated length: 13 weeks; contract start: 2026-07-13.
Required Qualifications
- New York license (required for submission)
- 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of travel experience preferred
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- COVID vaccination (required after submission)
- locational flexibility: floating to multiple units
- Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:15 PM; Weekend & holiday rotation; on-call required
- 7 days maximum time off
