Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Assist with technical aspects of invasive cardiovascular procedures under the direction of the supervisor and physician. Monitor and interpret basic and advanced dysrhythmias and EKGs while operating physiologic recorders, scrub tech during procedures, and circulate by monitoring patient status and handing supplies. Transport patients to and from the department, prepare the lab and patient for procedures, and post-procedure safety by removing sheaths and maintaining hemostasis. Clean and stock the cath lab, order supplies, and troubleshoot equipment problems. Work 0700-1730 hours Monday through Friday.
