Develop a plan of care for the patient population and identify impending changes in patient condition to initiate corrective action. Conduct purposeful rounding from the patient and family perspective while performing efficient literature searches to apply findings to practice. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care and actively participate in error analyses and system/process improvements. Utilize established safety resources such as PDCA huddles and infection control reports to ensure safe practices and contribute to quality initiatives. Adhere to ANA documentation standards to reflect the patient's story and apply critical reasoning to individualize patient care delivery. Work as a Day Shift RN at White Oak Medical Center, Adventist HealthCare, a faith-based organization extending God's care through physical, mental, and spiritual healing in Montgomery County.
