Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Conduct direct patient care activities in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including administering conscious sedation, managing airways, and continuously assessing hemodynamic, neurologic, and respiratory responses to acute interventional procedures. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team while educating patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care. Maintain a constant state of alertness to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance within a Magnet-certified hospital environment. Prioritize patient advocacy and emotional support while utilizing critical thinking skills to address psychosocial and cultural needs.
