Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse BWH

Provide care for patients in the Cardiac Cath lab while working collaboratively to ensure excellent care in the safest environment. Manage intravenous conscious sedation and perform cardiac procedures under physician supervision. Maintain ACLS certification and coordinate with physicians, technicians, and staff to deliver evidence-informed, theory-guided treatment. This role requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing for newly licensed staff, along with one year of Cardiac ICU or five years of Stepdown Cardiology experience. Candidates must hold current Massachusetts nursing registration and possess Cardiology experience. The position involves a 30-hour variable rotating shift with a 30-minute callback for overnight on-call duties on weekdays and weekends.
