Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager

Manage individual staff including hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating performance to meet departmental operational goals. Coordinate patient care, oversee equipment maintenance, and handle statistical accumulation while participating in budget development and revenue planning. Provide and oversee patient care according to planned interventions, document according to policy, and create collaborative plans of care based on assessment and diagnosis. Support staff hour reviews, approve payroll updates, reconcile time cards, and prepare staff communications and meeting agendas. Determine staffing needs, assign overtime, and conduct performance evaluations with recommendations for improvement.
