Cardiac Anesthesiologist – Per Diem

Conduct cardiac anesthesia services on a per diem basis within the Department of Anesthesiology at Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group. Maintain coverage in a collegial, faith-based environment while adhering to departmental compensation plans. This role offers a starting base compensation of $300–$350 per hour, subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank. Variable compensation and extra productivity are not included. Candidates must reside in California to start, as this opportunity is not eligible for a Conrad 30 waiver. The team operates in a family-friendly Blue Zone community with generous retirement contributions and paid malpractice insurance.
