Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Board certified or actively pursuing board certification as defined by the appropriate American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
