Job Summary
The Cardiac Anesthesiologist will assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department and be responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing surgery. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, patient consent verification, discussing anesthetic options, and monitoring patients’ physiological conditions. This position requires an M.D./D.O. degree, completion of a cardiac fellowship, TEE proficiency, and an approved residency in anesthesia. The role offers a competitive salary of $575K per year, a sign-on bonus of $100K, and 10 weeks of paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- Completion of Cardiac Fellowship
- TEE proficiency required
- Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
- Currently licensed as a Physician
