Card Utility

Open bales for processing on the Uniflock line, clean and feed hoppers on the blender line, and move doffing cans to the Drawing area while obtaining empty cans for the carding area. Change ID band colors according to the product running on the line, tint fiber in the dye area, and monitor sliver weight. Learn safety guides to operate and clean equipment, master product names, specifications, and material ratios, and become familiar with bobbin colors. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a commitment to company values, and some experience in manufacturing processes. Applicants must pass a colour deficiency test.
