Job Summary
Maintain and update member credit/debit card accounts and related functions while performing dispute processing via Visa Online, provisional credits, and letters. Research and correct various member and/or clerical discrepancies to ensure account accuracy. Requires 6+ months experience in bookkeeping or card processing, a high school diploma, and the ability to be bonded. This 9-month contract role features a hybrid schedule rotating monthly between 8 AM–5 PM and 9 AM–6 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months experience in a bookkeeping or accounting functional area or the appropriate combination of related experience and/or training
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be bondable
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience with credit/debit card procedures, products, and services
- Associates degree
- completion of business; office skills; bookkeeping/accounting or related courses
