Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of accounting coursework or equivalent work experience preferred
- Completion of Card Fundamentals and Card Operations education classes within six months of hire
- Experience with debit and credit card processing, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation
- Familiarity with ATM operations, card settlement, and clearing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), 10-key calculator, and card processing software (Corelation Keystone preferred)
