Job Summary
Operate card and PIN personalization equipment in line with production schedules and quality standards while performing daily production activities and quality control checks. Maintain production records and prepare operational reports for invoicing, and monitor card and material inventory levels to support ordering through SAP. Follow security, safety, and operational procedures to ensure a compliant production environment. This role is based in Zagreb, Croatia, and requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and good English proficiency. Previous experience in card personalization or manufacturing is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Basic computer skills, including usage of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in card personalization, printing, manufacturing, or another high-volume production environment
- Experience working with production or industrial machinery
- Knowledge of SAP or other inventory management systems
- Understanding of quality control processes and standards
